Ethiopian airlines

Flew Ethiopian Airlines to Bangkok from Cape Town To say it was a flight from hell is putting it mildly The toilets were filthy and had water sloshing on teh floor' The seat I sat on was stained The cushion at the seat was dirty.The staff at Addis Ababa were bad mannered and shouted at me due to their inefficiency The flight departed late from Cape Town and thus I hardly made the plane for the connecting flight to Bangkok. The aircrew never cleaned the toilets or even entered to check them during the flights but sat in the galleys speaking to passengers. One washbasin even had cotton wool stuffed in it Had two articles wrapped in bubble wrap broken by baggage handlers I have been flying for 53 years and the last ten years with Qatar Why I booked this flight on Ethiopian I do not know.NEVER AGAIN. Had a letter of apology and a 150 USD voucher Will not recommend this airline to any person due to my experience
