ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES A DISGRACE

To confirm the details of my claim:

I travelled on 25 June 2025 on the following flights:

• ET701 from Heathrow to Addis Ababa

• ET847 from Addis Ababa to Cape Town

The luggage damage was discovered on 26 June 2025, after further inspection at my accommodation in Cape Town. The damage includes:

• Several items of clothing stained with what appears to be an oily substance

• Discoloration of the fabrics

• Staining to the bottom of the bag

Images of the damage have been attached, and I am happy to provide further photos if needed.

Please advise what additional information or documentation is required to move forward with the claim. I would also appreciate guidance on the compensation process and any next steps.

After months of emails pictures sent then no response this arrived: Dear Valued Customer, Greetings!!! It was Baggage , Jump suit, trouser and sport wear that were reported damaged with stains

so we consider the Jump Suit GB***.5, straight leg jogger GBP33. wide leg GBP28. Besides there is no damage to the baggage. So please let us know if we can proceed with the compensation of GBP80.5. Hide quoted text
