Ethiopian airlines

Since Monday I have sent mails and called the regional/area manager as well as all the numbers on the website with no assistance. I need to change my flight urgently and they couldn't be bothered to assist even though I'm sending emails daily and calling Mekdes everyday and she doesn't answer calls, she goes as far as to decline the calls. Mails sent to *** as well as *** not forgetting *** remain unanswered. This is appalling service from staff employed in SA by this airline. I asked for a refund so I could book with another airline and there's no answer.

Ethiopian airlines may I please get a refund on my ticket so I can be assisted elsewhere!!!
