Ethiopian airline Worst experience !

We flew from london to south africa on flight ET701 at 9pm on the 2/7/2018. When we reached south africa our luggage shockingly was still in heathrow airport in london! We went to lost baggage claim at O.R Tambo airport and were told that our luggage wasnt even loaded onto the flight from heathrow. From the 3rd of July we've been receiving daily phone calls to confirm our address. Today is now the 6th of July and we were promised that our bags would be delivered at 1pm and its now 5pm. How long more must we wait for our luggage ? We need our underwear and sanitary items as well as our chronic medication! This is absolutely ridiculous as we have also tried to log a claim and keep getting referred to 50 other people who cant help. How can they be voted number on the African continent with such pathetic service!
