Ethiopian airline terrible service

Ethiopians airlines service in Johannesburg is terrible. No customer service number going through. The whatsApp number that goes through has someone who takes years to repond. They send information in dribs and drabs just a strategy to make people pay more for their flight date change. Please stop voting for them as the best airline in Africa. They are horrible.
