Ethiopian Airline Nightmare

I recently flew with Ethiopian airlines, (14th December 2019) I tried to check online and it refused to work. I proceeded to call the airline and I was advised that there is a problem with check in currently and I must go to the airport to check in. This was stressful as we were flying out the next day. We were 2 (two) travelers in total being my mum and I. At the OR Tambo International Airport my mum could check in but there was a problem with mine. I was informed by the supervisor that the issue was not with them apparently and she had to re- book my ticket and provide me with a new seat which took over an hour to sort out!! Upon arrival at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport for my connecting flight I was then confronted with further issues and had to sort out my ticket as they cannot provide me with one, the supervisor confirmed that she informed the staff at Ethiopian airlines in Addis Ababa and it will not be a process. This was highly incorrect and false as the staff attending to my query had no clue what was going on with my ticket and took a long time for them to sort out! Once again I queried if everything was sorted and they confirmed that it was. Upon reaching my final destination which was Dubai International my luggage could not be located and I had to be reported missing. It was finally located many days later upon many queries from my sister (email trail attached) the bag contained some meat and treats for my loved one’s was completely rotten and ruined!! The suitcase itself (which was brand new and purchased 1 (one) day before our departure, proof can be submitted) had to be disposed as of as the maggots from the meat where in every crevice!! The cost of the suitcase and its contents was of an exorbitant amount!! I kept calling for a week and the Dubai International airport assisted me in locating the missing luggage (The service at Dubai International is outstanding and tips should be taken) it, it was still in Addis Ababa! And had to be sent to me! According to them I had not boarded my connecting flight from Addis Ababa to Dubai?!, Did no one stop to ask why I apparently did not board my flight? Where was I? If it was not inquired after 3 weeks!! How many times has this happened and being over looked? Is this how Ethiopian airlines work? Do they not check up on their passengers?How can a connecting flight be canceled? Further how can a passenger be allowed on board into another country if not considered to be on the flight? These are pertinent questions that need to be responded to! Please note that I will not rest until my questions have been responded to as this is very concerning, and I would not like anybody to experience this trauma!
