Ethiopian Airline horror

We travelled with Ethiopian airlines on the 17 Dec and have had the most appalling service. The flight was delayed and we just made it for our connecting flight. Unfortunately we arrived in Turkey but our luggage did not. It has been an absolute mission getting hold of anyone from the airline and the call center is useless. We had to continuously follow up with lost and found. After being without our bags for 3 days we got our bags at about 10:30 pm last night but we only received 2 bags and still missing one bag. We had to change travel plans, go shopping for clothing, do without medication. It has been emotionally draining and exhausting when we supposed to be enjoying our travels. We were not offered any compensation or support and are still missing a bag with no idea why it was not delivered with the other 2 when we told that it was located.
