Ethiopian Airline have no respect for client

<p>I have never had a frustrating day like today . <br />Today I bought an airline ticket from Checkers Hyper Menlyn . Just after 20 minutes my client told that i must change my destination from Blantyer ( Malawi) to Lilongwe ( Malawi ) .</p> <p>I went back to Checkers Hyper explained my situation to the cashier whom i bought the ticket from , she deniedly told me she can't help me because 20minutes had expired and i have to call the ticket people of which she doesn't even who to call for such emergencies.</p> <p>I Googled the Ethiopian Airline to my disappointment the asked for ticket number and i explained that i don't have the ticket number i only have reference number . 6 Ethiopian Airlines agents just toyed with for for hours , the keep on asking for seat number and i told them that my ticket slip has only reference number , then they literally kept quite and hang off the phone on me and the who exercise cost me about R600 of airtime .</p> <p>And my situation wasn't even resolved . And if all this companies claim the record calls for quality or security reason , then this is a plain ***** .</p> <p>I'm very disgusted how this airline treat paying clients .</p>
