Ethiopia Airlines Service in Kinshasa is the waste. Never trust these staff

I have to say Ethiopian Airlines staff in Kinshasa are pathetic and useless. I strongly believe they held my suitcase purposely.

My ticket was bought from Johannesburg return business class ticket. It states I have the right to 3 x bags of 32kg. strange enough when travelling back to Johannesburg in Kinshasa I only have 2 bags which weighed 29.6kg and 34kg respectively. The lady checking me in wasted almost 30min holding onto my passport for no reason until the station manager came and said it’s fine she can check in my bags. Another guy who was there to push my bags onto the belt keeps saying that my bag is too heavy and that I shouldn’t complain if it is blocked down there where they load bags.

This now justifies why my bag never made it to destination. I am more than disappointed as a frequent flyer and a gold star alliance member. I will definitely sue Ethiopian Airlines if my bag is not found. This is the worse I have every gone through in my 2 decades travel experience.
