Unfair treatment.

I am seeking immediate assistance regarding a missed flight and concerns about the handling of my luggage. Despite having all my paperwork in order, arriving on time, and following all check-in procedures, I was denied boarding due to an issue caused by an employee at the kiosk.

My suitcase was checked in and has already departed, leaving me stranded. I am now deeply concerned about the safety of my belongings and fear they may be compromised.

As a foreigner, navigating such situations can be especially challenging. Securing the necessary documentation to work or live here is already difficult, and encountering discriminatory attitudes only adds to the frustration. It is disappointing to experience this kind of treatment, particularly in such a critical environment as an airport.
