ETHIOPIA AIR DISGUSTING SERVICE

My suitcase was broken between Addis and Jhb. Mrs Meshech from Ethiopia air,send me a form and agreed in writing that will only pay 100 dollars. This is the 3rd week that she sends excuses why the money wasn't paid yet. I've copied Mr Addisu that is the regional manager,but he does not answer at all. I had enough with the apology emails. Will seek legal opinion . DISGUSTING SERVICE!
