Double Debited - Online

Please do not book your tickets online with Ethiopian Airlines. They double debited my bank account. One of the transactions debited my account successfully and the other did not go through as I did not have sufficient funds in my account. This froze the available funds in my account for three weeks. I sat on calls with my bank and the Airlines for three weeks until it was resolved by my bank. Still I have not received an apology from the airlines and they do not want to take ownership for their mistake. Even one of the service center representatives said that it is a common issue. After all of this they do not want to refund my tickets as per the T&C's, but they have to understand that a customer needs to trust them in order to place our lives in their hands. Disgusted in the service received.
