Double debit not refunded

My husband purchased our airline tickets through the website and was debited twice. It's been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't refunded him or communicated anything. The poor service from this airline is really disheartening as we've never used them before and this is our first experience with them. The ladies at the Cape Town office ignore your calls and don't give timeous feedback. Very disappointing...
