Don't let this airline ruin your holiday.

We would not recommend using this airline for woman and children . . .

The poor treatment at Addis Ababa Airport was unforgivable, and we would never send loved ones into a frightening and chaotic situation like that. The main issue being the Security Check Point once you arrive at the airport. It's long ques, pushing, shoving, panicked staff, male security officers shouting, grabbing and pushing women around without reason. A full body inspection in the middle of crowded ques, including hands down and in my bra. And you get separated from you personal belongings (wallet, cameras, phones, laptops, even your shoes) for way too long, any one could take them on the other side of the scanner, while you are being pushed and shoved around.

Never mind that the airport is in shambles. . .dirty, most things broken (including information screens, water dispensers, toilets etc). The airplane seats don't all work, some go back , some don't, some go forward, some don't. The fabric on the seats are torn, food is unpleasant, some TV screens work, some don't. . .I could go on. . .
