Don't book with Ethiopian Airlines! **** poor experience and they don't check who is on the plane!

Atrocious!!! They say I missed my connecting flight when I was on the flight and can now not get my return flight. Call centre staff are less than useless! they tell me to go to the airport and I get here (cancelling my day plans) and the desk doesn't open for 7 more hours!!

If I wasnt on the flight - why was my luggage! I was moved seats, TV didnt work and chicken was raw!!
