DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE: ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES - maybe cheap flights but will cost more at the end - look at all the compliants - they are losing everyone bags!!!

What an horrible experience. Was in Italy for 14 days - booked a ski trip and our bags got lost got it 3 days before we went (last day we traveled back to the airport) No contact number No contact person the Kiosk of Ethiopian airlines - dont know why do they there - all they said they cant help. We had the worst holiday and we spend so much money to buy only warm clothes for the bags that was lost and it was in the winter in Italy. It seems they do not even repsonse on this website - how is this even possible that they run a business!! Worst service ever!!!
