Do NOT fly with Ethiopian Airlines

My husband and I recently flew to Riyadh on business, with Ethiopian Airlines. Every flight we were on from OR Tambo to Riyadh and back again, was delayed. Our luggage got lost and when we got it back it was very badly damaged. The airport staff signed a document acknowledging the condition of our “brand new” bags once we received them. We took pics etc and can provide proof of purchase (that the bags were new) Even so, Ethiopian Airlines has refused to acknowledge our claim saying according to their records, our bags were received in good order. I am so sick of being bul**** by people who are “in authority “ just because they can .... Pathetic Service.
