DO NOT FLY ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES!!!!!

i really wish i had checked on here before i booked through this *********** useless airline, other than the original booking nothing went well! i paid for extra room seats and not only was there no extra room, my seat was broken as well as the entertainment screen, the food was disgusting and the aircraft unkept, dirty and the toilets handles were missing which allows one to see inside the toilet. I have lodged a complaint and requested a refund yet i have not even got confirmation of the communication. The app keeps showing an error so that didnt work either, the telephone line is not answered so that is basically that!!! DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE!!!!
