Disguting Service

<p>Its so disgusting an organisation(Ethiopian Airlines) of this magnitude can deliver such a terrible service,im appalled and feels like throwing up when i think of how on earth a petty issue of this nature can be resolved within a short space of time.</p> <p>My sister flew with your Airline from Telaviv to South Africa and in the process lost a bag with crucial medication for an ailing patient.The matter was immediately brought to your attention on the day of arrival and a refernce number was issued JNBET21845.There has been little or no progress at all till i decided to follow up myself and spoke to one Bright from this number ********** 953 (ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES) The man believe you me had no sense of compassion and clearly lacks customer care and needs intensive training on the subject, he promised that he will call my sister and advise her about the issue pertaining to her lost bag and also promised me today 22/07/16 that he will copy the correspondence after consulting with his Supervisor.All this was all **** as i made a follow up later and realised that my sister was never called at all as promised. I am escalating this matter and will not rest till my sister''s case has been resolved. As if not enough my sister tried in vain to contact one of your employees a Mr Wellington M who literally and verbaly harassed my sister telling her that he was on leave and thus he must not be contacted on his private number...Please contact my sister her name is Sungano and can be reached on this number 00 ********** 80166 </p>
