Disgusting Ethiopian Airlines

last year in March I booked a ticket through Ethiopian Airlines from Manchester UK to South Africa. I experienced the most dreadful 3 wasted hours trying to validate my e ticket. When I wrote an email complaining about my eperience I was basically "fobbed off". Shocking to say the least. When I arrived at Johannesburg International Airport my one bag, containing all my work clothes, was missing. It took 8 days before my bag was recovered and sent to my address. Again, I wrote emails and attached proof of everything needed to substantiate my claim. To this day nobody has bothered to respond appropriately. I have not been compensated for my loss and or inconvenience. You may believe that flying with Ethiopian Airlines is economical, to me it was at a great financial loss. Don't be fooled by booking with them, they couldn't be bothered about you or your bad experience. NEVER AGAIN.
