Disgusting and despicable!!

We booked for a trip last March but due to Covid is could not happen. We phone (huge waiting times and call center useless) and where told dont worry you have a voucher to use when needed. No email, no Covid help center no support on their web site nothing. Finally got through to be told it will expire in two days. This is ******ion and a planned strategy to con their customers. Disgusting and despicable!!
