Disgusted service and experience

My family and I flew with Ethiopian airlines from Dubai to Johannesburg international upon arriving at Johannesburg all six bags were cling wrapped but recieved 3 bags open and our personal item ****** as well as the brand new bags being damaged. I demanded a return of a full refund and after 25 emails between tajwal the agency and the Ethiopian airline no one wants to come straight and compensate us for our losses , the blame justs go back and forth. This was our first and last experience with this airline and I will not recommend anyone to fly with this airline or use tajwal as there is no safety and security with your family and belongings after our pathetic experience.
