DAMAGED LUGGAGE

I have an extremely long horror story to tell regarding my trip with EA, but that I will leave for now. Without that story which will take a novel to write, we move on to my luggage (which is the crux of this complaint to actually receive feedback from Ethiopian Airlines) being lost and untraceable, to eventually being found but damaged. My luggage bag, which was the 2nd time I had ever used it was returned damaged. I email the airline for compensation (with pictures of the damage, a weblink with the price and picture of my luggage from where i bought it), & it gets ignored, twice, eventually gets passed around from person to person with no resolution. Ethiopian Airlines damaged my suitcase to an extent it cant be used again as the handle is damaged & wont retract back into the case & EA wont sort out the problem. Customer Service deluxe!
