D9NT FLY ETHUOPIAN AIRWAYS!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

My daughter recently took an international flight with Ethiopian airways, where one of her bags was broken into, the zip even removed! She received the bag 2 weeks later taped closed with thick tape. There were items missing, which the airline refuse to take responsibility for as its in their policy that valuable items are not to be put in your bag. This was never communicated to us. Also, not sure how the airline expected us to travel through Addis with valuable items on person. Needless to say, what was ****** is not being replaced. and it took 3 months of constantly nagging and following to get to this reduction. This ********* behaviour is the very reason I suggest you never travel with Ethiopian Airways. Also, their call center never gets answered and no one replies to emails. Totally useless airline, stay away!!!
