Couldn't care less airline

The airline broke our suitcase and after being sent from pillar to post we eventually logged a service request on 25 July 2025 (ref number ***6). Despite following up a number of times there has been no positive response from them. In addition, they are rude on the phone, saying they are very busy and honestly have no interest in their passengers. This is also reflected on the flight as well, where they clearly couldn't care less about their passengers' experience. Really poor service. Would never fly them again
