Confiscated Passport, boarding pass and Missing Bag

My passport and boarding pass was confiscated from me by Ethiopian Airlines staff member on 20 May 2019. They told me that as a South African passport holder I am not allowed to travel to Burkina Faso via Paris because I do not have a transit Visa. I was left stranded at the airport for more than 12 hours after trying numerous times to find out how am I going to get to my final destination. I then insisted to have my passport back and send me back home because there was no feedback from their side as to how do I get to my final destination. I was sent back home to South Africa and found that my Baggage was missing.

Unto this date I have not received my luggage bag and the airline is not taking responsibility for my lost bag.
