Changed flights without our consent

We had issued the tickets for the sector JNB - NBO for our clients from your website, total 8PAX on 6th Sep2022 but we got an email from your end on 14th Sep stating that the flight has been rescheduled by 24hrs.

It was originally booked for 11th Nov 2022 but it was rescheduled by you to 12th Nov 2022.

Our clients are not willing to travel on 12 Nov 2022, so we contacted your call centre on 19 Sep (Contact No. ***) & spoke to Ms. Mahlet who noted our request for a full refund due to a long schedule change for the flight from your end. She promised that the refund will be processed in 2-3 days but we haven't received any refund yet in our card yet.
