Broken Luggage bag

My Bag was mishandled on the 23rd of December 2018 upon my return from Ethiopia to OR Tambo Airport. I lodged a formal complaint at the airport at 14:00pm at the Ethiopian airlines baggage inquiries, i was promised reimbur*****t after 7 days. Reference number: JNBET37151

i have been promised to be attended to, till today.
