Boycott Ethiopia airlines, there service delivery of loss baggage is completely USELESS

Ethiopian Airlines provides extremely poor service, and I strongly advise travellers to avoid this airline at all costs. I endured a dreadful experience: my luggage, which was supposed to be delivered to Lagos, was never delivered. Despite assurances that my luggage would be waiting for me in Johannesburg upon my return, it has been over three months, and I have yet to receive it. Multiple calls and follow-ups have yielded no meaningful response. Even after involving my legal representative to compensate my lost baggage the airline refused to reply any emails nor to return my luggage. Their negligence and complete lack of accountability are unacceptable.
