Baggage loss and layover from hell.

Traveling nightmare!! The worse airline when it comes to handling your baggage and the layover hotels are disgusting. I traveled for work to the Seychelles with my toolbox and a bag with my clothes, upon arrival in Seychelles after waiting for more than an hour I realized my bag and toolbox did not arrive. after filling in a report I got told that there is a Ethiopian airlines office outside where I must go get money for cloths and toiletries. Once I stepped out I was told that there is no such office, now trying to go back inside the security stops and says once you out there is no way back in...then the return flight to Cape Town again my luggage is gone....unbelievable. After filling in the forms again still no reference number or update on the whereabouts of my things. Call centers are of no help as they say you must talk to the people at the airport. I don't even want to go into the hotels they make you sleep in when there is a lay over...whilst you sleep there is ****roaches crawling over with too little food as they don't cater correctly. I will definitely not make use of them again and will have my company inform our travel agents to never book with this airline again.
