Bad service and experience and no help

Till date no help what so ever.Case ID Aafhs416 Your staff refused me to board all my documents in order to board and then receive and apologize email was sent to me and to rebook and above is the case id number and till date nothing even though i try to change my date of flying to the 13 and to fly the afternoon from jhb to Ethiopia and connecting flight to Qatar and was told 24 hours later will receive a reply nothing no phones get answered or emails get replys bad service!
