Bad on you Ethiopian airlines

On the 31 July I flew with Ethiopian airlines from Cape Town to Bangkok. When I got to the place I stayed in, opened my suitcases (that I wrapped at Cape Town airport) and saw that my Nescafé Dolce coffee machine and my toaster were broken badly. I sent an email to Ethiopian airlines included a video of my broken goods and also proof that my suitcases were wrapped with at least 3 fragile stickers on them. The email was forwarded to another department and then no one rep****. So I sent another email asking if something will be done. After a few days I received an email saying that they are sorry for what happened but I should've opened my bags at the airport and then gotten a ticket from Ethiopian office in Bangkok with my complaint. Now seriously, who in the world opens their suitcases after a 20 hour flight to check if all is ok before they leave the airport!!!!!! So, I sent another email saying this and no reply. Now I am being ignored by Ethiopian airlines.
