Bad customer service if the ground staff

<p>Hi</p> <p>i traveled Ethiopian airways with a frequent flier , they are generally good but the last time we traveled which was last week gave us a very bad taste . The ground staff from where we visited were horrible , rude and to say the least we're on the same level as a 5 year old child in there behavior .They actually distroyed my trip making me feel stressed and worried about transpired , they were not understanding and when they realized they were in the wrong they made our experience even worse .i have emailed customer care twice and since no response . The nicest people ironically were the hostesses </p> <p>regards </p> <p>Eitan </p>
