Bad Customer Service

The customer service very very bad. The consultants do not commit to their promises. They do not get back to you even though they promise to do so. Simple requests are not fulfilled in time. If you do not go into local office you will any help what so ever and even if you go into there local office you still do not get any service.The contact numbers on the website are either outdated or they do not answer. I wouldn't recommend using this airline.
