AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use this airline - EVER. They bumped me off a flight from JHB. Alternate arrangements meant 12-hour lay-over. The Consumer Protection Act specifically prevents "overselling". Can't get hold of anybody to help and when you do they are rude. Call centre lines poor and staff speak in accents that cant be understood. The local representatives have attitude, are rude, talk over you and are unsympathetic. Its a pity I did not check before booking with them. Since booking, I have heard other horror stories. GHASTLY EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE
