Worst service from Cheap flights , Gotogate and Ethiopian Air- no helpful responses from none. I needed to change my flights to Egypt due to the restrictions. Family members were helped by cheap flights to recieve an open ticket. However - at the last hour I had no option but to finally get an answer from Gotogate to change dates. March was unavailable and had to postpone for July. I had to pay an additional R5000 over the R10000 I additionally paid. Which was beyond me and ridiculous by all those involved. It is awful that those that booked directly with Ethiopian Air had no trouble changing flights without crazy costs. Those helped by cheap flights were issued an open flight for a year. Yet I had to pick dates instantly on a call and pay the large sum as I was in such a predicament. Highly disappointed by the service received by all
