Airline lost my Luggage

The airline lost my luggage. I was supposed to get my bags at my final destination, but while waiting for my connecting flight in Johannesburg I saw one of the suitcases going around in the carousel. I took and checked it in again. That’s the only bag I arrived with at my final itinerary. They also took my carry-on luggage because the plane was full. That suitcase has valuable/sentimental items, but the airline also lost the bag. I have just received one bag, 2 days later, but the one with my jewellery (the carry-on luggage) is still missing!! I don’t know what to do anymore. I haven’t worn underwear in days meaning I can’t leave the house because all my underwear is in that suitcase. You have really inconvenienced me. I’ve lost so much money trying to get around with missing luggage. Never again will I trust the airline.
