******* airline

Ethiopian airlines there is no way that you can call yourself the best airline in africa. You guys sent me 3 different emails with 3 different prices on my ticket cancelation only to find out that in every new email the price went up where i end up loosing my entire amount and you guys only paying me out a 150 zar and my ticket cost 7500zar... that is day light ******* and still have the decency to ask me if i can proceed with the link, are you guys running a **** or isit just normal for you to take all the customers money when canceling.A ticket that cost 7500 zar and customer cancels and you guys send 3 different emails with different prices on, seems abit dodge and sounds like a *******,how is it that from 7500 zar ticket gets canceld and ethiopian airlines just pay you 150zar clearly that does not sound right the airline is a ******* you guys have to be flagged. Thats daylight ******* and unacceptable.how os canceling a ticket taking your entire ammount and still being sent 3 different emails with you guys adememnt with me proceeding its honestly a rip of and very unprofessional to gamble a customer thats making a honest living
