Etheopean Airlines Took 2 years to get alternative flight Cape Town to London return, for a flight which THEY cancelled in 2019 Cost R1300 on top of the original cost. booked just 3weeks ago and booked connecting flight from London to Finland Today they inform us they have changed the flight to arrive !0 hours later. 7 hours after our connecting flight leaves. London for Helsinki. No alternatives offered just sorry for inconvenience ! What rights do we have ?
