One star is to much. This is the WORST airline. No communication. Phone just keep on ringing. No answer. I paid ekstra for the refund policy R1300 and now they don't want to refund me or even refund a part of my tickets or move it or even tried to fly to another place. How is this lawful?? I feel like I have been ****med!!!
