2 months battle to get a suitcase!

My son's suitcase were not delivered with the rest of our suitcases when we arrived in Paris on the 14th December. We completed the needed documentation at Charles De Gaulle airport. Informing them that we will only be staying a couple of nights in Paris, before travelling to Pisa, Rome and French Alpe.

We arrived back from holiday on the 31st December 2019 without the suitcase!

I have emailed, phoned, emailed, phoned endless times without any success - till today (06/02/2020) I still dont have the suitcase! I have not received the requested letters that I can submit to the insurance. All I get is, we think we located it, and we will try to get the suitcase back to South Africa!!!!

How can that be the right way of doing things!

I have not loose my cool once when we had to be on holiday without one suitcase. No clothing, no warm shoes, no xmas presents!! I smiled and said, sure they will get it to us in time.

But no almost a two months later - my cool is busy freezing over

We are planning another holiday overseas - but I am sure as hell not going to book on Ethiopian Airlines!
