Ethinic bunch advertised their travel package on facebook for durban jully 2018, they had even posted their account number there. I took the account nunber and paid r2000 in to their account. I was sceptical about them but a friend close with me told me she used them before they were not ******. When days to travel approached they told us the trip has been canceled then we acommunicate with them on whatsap. I wasnt the only one who paid my friends paid too we were planning to travel together. They said they will refund us back our money, i kept asking them when are we getting our refund. They said they are experiencing problems with their bank account someone blocked it. I kept pushing them to give me back my noney they ended up accusing me of blocking their bank account. They asked me how can they give me my money back when im the one who blocked their bank account. Till this day i havnt gotten my noney. I still have their number though. This is a very bad travel agency and they ****med me and my friend because our money never came back people mist be aware of it.
