Impolite & no people skills

I had a query regarding a policy and by mistake made an error in my email I sent to Jacqueline Taylor from Ethico Brokers. Her reply was as follows \this matter has been resolved according to me and I will not entertain any further correspondence in this regard". I then sent her an email mentioning there was a typo error instead of 2014 I typed 2015.<br> <br> She ignored my email and did not respond. No manners & no people skills!!! """
