Water shortage for 2 weeks

We haven't had water for almost 2 weeks in Mlaba village Hammarsdale, have reported the matter on friday and I was given a reference no on Sundays morning at 10am a plumber called saying his coming he came and told me that he opened the water it will be back before lunch time and that didn't happen. I called them again they said that the plumber had to stop working but the will send another plumber but they didn't, this morning they called and asked if the matter has been resolved I told them no they then said they will send a tanker it will get here in an hour but that didn't happen either mind you that was 10am now its 1pm still no water . I called them again asking to speak to the escalations manager but I was told that the manager cant speek to me is busy and they took my details... Water is a basic humans right and you guys are denying us our rights to have clean water do the people of Mlaba village not matter to you guys that you dont want to give them water?
