Very bad experience, we had floods in 2022 and we had no water for almost a year

Very bad experience, we had floods in 2022 and we had no water for almost a year. In that, meter was ******. Reported the matter, no positive response. Surprisingly we received a huge water bill for those moths where we did not have water. Queried with municipality no proper answer given.
