Terrible services,from call centre and inclsung delayed support on leaking water whic us wasting water at this time for a week.

I logged a ticket for water issues on 01/03/2025. It was Saturday, and no one came to support. I then logged another call on 03/03/2025, which was Monday, and I was given another ***/1719. I was told that my issue is being escalated and I will get support soon. Today is 05/05/2025, same issue I still have so I called for follow up on it and I spoke to a lady called Nomagugu who did not help at all and instead of giving me answers she dropped the call. She briefed everyone in the office about me coz when ever I call once I give a my ref number they dropped the phone.
