Service Delivery

I am very disappointed in their service. You're always told about backlog and not enough plumbers. Why don't yourl hire plumbers or contractors cause this is getting out of hand. I reported an issue with my meter about two weeks ago and I still haven't been assisted. My walls are damaged now, yet I'm expected to pay my bills every month. This is not fair.
