Leaking and lost water

I have contacted Ethekwini on at least 5 occasions since yesterday afternoon. As the inlet pipe to my meter on the Municipality side is leaking badly and spraying water on the road. There has been no action from Municipality in 32 hours and according to the person I got hold of this morning my redrence is in line but can take up to 48 hours.This is crazy as water is a life source and should have total priority. EThekwini also supposedly as a new government of unity was supposed to be more reactive . I believe they still have the old ANC staff who only want their paycheck. REALLY A POOR SERVICE AND ACTION FROM ETHEKWINI WATER AND SANITATION .
