eThekwini Municipality Poor Service Delivery

I have reported a water leak in the metre using WhatsApp on the 16th of this month and I was surprised when the municipality workers came and opened my neighbours water metre which had no fault at all, leaving our metre while they see that it it leaking. I asked them why they are not fixing the one that has a problem, they told me that they were assigned to fix my neighbours one, which had no problem at all.

I contacted the municipality again on WhatsApp again and I was told that the issue was resolved while my water metre is still leaking even today. The person who was assisting me gave me a new reference number but the problem has not been resolved. The metre has been leaking before the 16th of May till now.

I have reported by calling, used the municipality app and WhatsApp but no assistance till now.
