I have been having endless issues with my electricity and water bill. I have been to the offices on numerous occasions and did not get any joy. In a nutshell. How does one explain a housel=hold of two senior citizens receiving an average of a monthly bill off R7382.00. This is a total ******* and I have been in and out of the offices since 2016.
